This privacy policy (“Policy”) outlines how we, Atlas Guide, Inc. (“Atlas”, “the Company”), handle your Personal Information through the provision of our service, Switchboard (“the Service”).

Switchboard’s mobile application (“the App”) and website (“the Website”) provide you with a mobile phone number, voice calling, speech recognition, NLP and contact management, among other features. In order to provide you with these services, we collect “Personal Information” related to your identity as well as anonymized usage data of our services for quality assurance purposes. By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree to our collection, processing, handling, usage and storage of your Personal Information as outlined in this Policy. 

If you do not agree to this Policy, please do not use Switchboard.


INFORMATION COLLECTION
Registration Information. When you create an account on our Services, you will be asked to provide your email address and a password. When you subscribe to a paid plan, you will be asked to provide your name, billing address and payment information, which will be stored securely by a third party payment processor.

Automatically Collected Service-Related Information
. Our App and Website include tools that automatically aggregate events, statistics, error reports, and other usage data to help us understand how Switchboard is being used and improve the Service. We also collect technical and identifying information related to your device, browser, IP address or operating system, such as device identifiers and cookies or similar technology, in order to deliver better and personalized services.

Information From Usage of the Service.
When you use Switchboard, you may provide us with call audio, audio recordings, or text, images and video for processing, transmission to a third-party, or storage, some of which may contain Personal Information.

Communication With the Company.
When contacting us, you may provide your phone number, email, or other personal information you choose or as necessary to handle your request. The Company may also occasionally request feedback or error reports related to the Service via email, through the App or the Website. Your response may include Personal Information.

Information You Provide About Others.
If you sync your contact list to the Service, you may provide us with the contact information of your saved contacts. If you choose to invite others to Switchboard for sharing and collaborating on a task, you may provide us with the email address or contact information the invited parties. Recorded calls, meetings and other audio files you upload or save through Switchboard may contain the Personal Information of third parties. Please make sure you have the necessary permissions from relevant third parties before inviting them to the Service or sharing any Personal Information. Contact information and any other user generated media will be securely stored on our servers in order to sync this information across all of your devices.

Information We Receive From Third Parties.
When connecting with third-party systems such as Google Meet, Calendar, or Zoom or signing up with a third-party login, you may provide us with Personal Information such as your name, email address, calendar information, contact information and other data you choose to share from the third-party systems.

PERSONAL INFORMATION USAGE
Setup your account. Your registration and device information are used to set up an account for you to use our Services. We do so in accordance with our Terms of Service.

Provide services and conduct business. The Company only uses your Personal Information and other information you provide in order to offer you with Switchboard services, meet legal requirements, and conduct regular business operations.

Monitor and improve the Service. We use the information you provide as well as anonymized device and usage data to monitor and analyze our service for quality assurance purposes. We also use masked, anonymized and aggregated recorded audio and text to automatically train and improve our artificial intelligence ("AI") services. Your data will never be manually reviewed without your explicit permission.

Communicate with you. We may use Personal Information when you contact us to fulfill your request. With your consent, we may also use your email to send you news or updates about the Service.

Prevent fraud and harmful activity, protect the Company against legal claims, enforce the Terms of Service, and comply with the Company's legal obligations. At times it may be necessary to use Personal Information, information you provide us, and information automatically collected to prevent harmful activity and protect the integrity of the Service and the Company.

SHARING PERSONAL INFORMATION
We may share Personal Information with select third-parties to provide services, conduct business, monitor and improve the service, prevent harmful activity, and fulfill legal obligations.

Third-party vendors and services. We use cloud service providers such as Amazon Web Services (AWS), data and analytics vendors such as Segment, Amplitude and AppsFlyer, and payment providers such as Stripe. We are not responsible for the content, privacy and security practices and policies of such third parties or App providers. We encourage you to learn about their privacy and security policies before integrating such platforms.

Law enforcement agencies, public authorities or other judicial bodies and organizations. We may disclose Personal Information or information provided to us as reasonably necessary to comply with any legal obligation, process or request; enforce and investigate violations of our Terms of Service and other policies; detect, prevent or otherwise address fraud, harmful activity or security technical issues; or protect the rights, property or safety of our users, the Company, a third party or the public as required or permitted by law.

Change of corporate ownership. We may disclose or transfer Personal Information as part of a merger, acquisition, bankruptcy, reorganization, partnership, asset sale or other transaction.

INFORMATION STORAGE
The Company stores Personal Information and information you provide for as long as necessary to operate the Service, comply with the Company's legal and regulatory obligations, and fulfill the terms of this Policy.

YOUR RIGHTS
Access and Correction. You can request access to the Personal Information we have about you and make changes at any time by contacting us.

Erasure. You have the right to request for your Personal Information to be permanently deleted. There may be some cases in which we need to maintain one copy for legal reasons. If necessary, we will inform you at that time.

Portability. You can request a copy of the Personal Information that we have about you, or request a transfer to a third-party.

CHILDREN
We do not offer the Service to or knowingly collect Personal Information from children under the age of 13.

CHANGES
This Policy may be updated from time to time and will be available on this page.
